Sidewalk and walkway pricing
Our installed price range for concrete sidewalks and walkways is $5 to $10 per square foot. Use that as an initial price range, not a fixed quote for your project.
When we continue finishing
After initial leveling and bull-floating, we wait until bleeding stops and the surface has no water sheen before continuing with finishing. A leveled surface alone is not the signal to proceed.
Permit checks before work starts
We check Maui County’s permit process before starting a project. A building permit is required for construction, alteration, repair and other listed work on a building or structure. We check how those requirements apply to the proposed sidewalk or walkway rather than treating every project as exempt.
Development within a FEMA Special Flood Hazard Area or another identified high-flood-risk area may also require a Flood Development Permit. If your property is in either type of area, bring that up before work begins.
